Fart Together release date at a glance
The official Steam main-game page currently lists October 29, 2026 as its planned release date and describes the game as coming to Early Access. At our October 22 source check, that main game was not yet available.
This is a planned Early Access launch, not a confirmed date for a finished full release. If you want to play what is available now, the free demo is a separate Steam app.
| Milestone | Date or status | Meaning for players |
|---|---|---|
| Steam demo | Released October 8, 2026 | The free demo is available at the source check |
| Main-game Early Access | Planned October 29, 2026 | A work-in-progress launch; check Steam for changes |
| Finished full release | No confirmed date in the checked source | Do not treat an estimated development duration as a launch announcement |
| Exact unlock hour and time zone | Not confirmed | No reliable local-time countdown can be calculated |
What Early Access means here
GamesMrkt says it wants player feedback to help refine the game. Its stated development plans include more courses and other additions. It estimates approximately 2–3 months in Early Access, while explicitly allowing that estimate to change.
That estimate is not enough to name a finished-release date. Adding two or three calendar months to October 29 would create a date the developer has not announced. The available build and future plans should also be kept separate: the current Early Access description says Team Race is still in development and is not included.
The developer’s pricing plan is another part of Early Access, but a numeric price has not been confirmed in our sources. See the price page before assuming that the main game is free or that an amount quoted elsewhere is official.
Planning a launch session
If your group wants to play on October 29, agree that the session depends on Steam actually making the game available. Leave time for downloading and updating rather than promising that everyone can start at midnight.
The date alone does not specify whether Steam will unlock the game at midnight in your time zone, at a global hour, or at another time. This site therefore does not show a second-by-second countdown or convert an unknown unlock time to UTC.
You can use the co-op time planner for your group’s own available hours. Its time-zone calculations schedule people; they do not predict when the game will unlock. Keep the free demo as an option if you are simply arranging a first trial together.
How to check for a change
- Open the main Steam listing.
- Look at the current availability and release notice, rather than an old social post or search snippet.
- Check developer announcements linked from the store if the date or status has changed.
- Tell your group which version you intend to play and recheck the download links.
Passing a calendar date does not itself verify a release. This wiki changes a planned status only after a new official check; rebuilding a page is not evidence that the game is live.
